1. Clearance Sale Description
   Due to recent business adjustments and ongoing operational optimization, lumincove.shop is currently conducting a phased inventory clearance and product structure adjustment. This sale is a limited-time clearance sale; quantities are limited and available while supplies last, and restocking may not be possible.

Clearance items still support normal return and exchange services, but are subject to this policy.

2. Return Period
   Return Time: Returns can be requested within 30 days.
   Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
3. Refund Processing Time
   Refund Arrival Time: Processing completed within 3 days.
   After the return is approved and the goods are confirmed to meet the requirements, we will complete the refund processing within 3 days.

Actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment method or bank processing speed.

4. Acceptable Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:
Product quality issues
Product damaged in transit
Wrong product or model sent
Unused product in its original packaging

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for returns:
Used or man-made damaged items
Subjective dislike due to non-quality issues (unless otherwise specified)
Orders exceeding the 30-day return period

   To return an item, please follow these steps:

   Provide order information and a description of the problem
   Wait for approval
   Return the item as instructed
   Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection

All orders will be processed on the same day after successful payment and shipped from our US warehouse.
